Partners operating under CSP Direct transact through Microsoft Partner Center, maintain customer tenancy relationships, and manage recurring revenue across products such as Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamics 365. This model is designed for partners with established service delivery capabilities who require full control over customer contracts, invoicing, and technical support without an indirect distributor intermediary.
