Azure Plan is a Cloud Solution Provider subscription type that enables metered, pay-as-you-go consumption of Azure infrastructure and platform services under a partner-managed billing relationship. Unlike traditional EA or MCA agreements, Azure Plan allows partners to aggregate Azure usage across customer tenants, apply partner-earned credits, and invoice consumption monthly through Partner Center. It is the standard CSP vehicle for Azure IaaS and PaaS workloads where customers require flexible scaling without upfront commitment, while partners retain governance, cost optimization, and managed services attach opportunities.
